What we want is good, punchy original flash fiction that delivers on impact, on character, on emotion. And we reckon you're the people to deliver it.
So here's your chance. We're open for submissions as of now. As many as you like. Or you can enter one of our competitions. Send your flash fiction (up to 250 words). We've no restrictions on genre or intended audience, just on quality. We want your best shot, so you can be showcased to best effect.
The small print for competition entries:
a) Send fiction either in the email body OR as an attachment in .doc, .rtf or .pdf format to: competitions AT brevitything.co.uk
b) Include the name you'd like to be known by
c) Please also include your preferred contact details
d) We're working on a style guide(no, really, we are), though for now, just get those stories in to us
Other small print:
a) All work will remain copyright of the author, though submission will be taken as granting BrevityThing first electronic publication rights, and we may ask if the work be made available for future BrevityThing anthologies.
b) There's no restriction on genre or intended audience. That said, please exercise a modicum of responsibility and originality.
